Terms & Conditions – social giveaways

This Competition is run by Waverley Market (“Promoter”). By entering this competition, all entrants agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. This free prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over but excludes any employees and immediate families of Waverley Market, Envirotech, and associated companies, and those who work in Waverley Markets retail, food and leisure and service outlets.
2. Only one entry per person.
3. Winner will receive a gift hamper from Sostrenen Grene worth £100.
4. The competition closes at 23.59 on Thursday 28th November 2024, the winner will be contacted via the official Waverley Market Facebook & Instagram page via a story post on Friday 29th November and will be tagged in the post. Winners must respond within 7 days to receive the prize.
5. Entries received after the closing date will be invalid.
6. No purchase is necessary.
7. The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries and will be informed initially via Facebook & Instagram story and then via direct message from the official Waverley Market account, within 3 working days of the closing date. Winner must respond within 7 days to claim their prize.’
8. No cash alternative will be offered, and all prizes are non-transferable.
9. The winner’s name and photographs may be used in promotional activity. Once notified, the winner will be confirmed on Waverley Market website and social media pages.
10. Final decision by Waverley Market and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The winner will be required to collect the prize from Sostrene Grene store at Waverley Market with details confirmed by Waverley Market.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate, or suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside of its reasonable control, without liability to any entrants or third parties.
