Waverley Market – Free Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the Waverley Market x Søstrene Grene Summer 2025 free prize draw run by Waverley Market.

All participants in our Waverley Market x Søstrene Grene Summer 2025 free prize draw (“participants”) will be deemed to have accepted, and be bound by, these terms and conditions.

Conditions for entry

  1. The free prize draws are open to UK residents aged 18 or over but excluding the following:
  2. any employees (and their family members) of Waverley Market, and its associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies;
  3. employees (and their family members) of any of the shops, cafes, restaurants and other outlets located at Waverley Market; and
  4. anyone else professionally associated with Waverley Market or this promotion.

How to enter

  1. To be eligible for the Waverley Market x Søstrene Grene Summer 2025 free prize draw, the participant must comment online on the competition’s social media posts here: https://www.facebook.com/WaverleyMarket/ or https://www.instagram.com/waverleymarket/
  2. No purchase or other payment is necessary for entry into the draws.
  3. Each participant will only have one (1) entry into the free prize draw per platform.
  4. Waverley Market has the right to disqualify any participant not complying with, or any entry not made in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  5. Entries sent in through agents or third parties will be disqualified. Late, incomplete or otherwise ineligible entries will be disqualified.

The prize 

  1. The prize for the Waverley Market x Søstrene Grene Summer 2025 free prize draw includes:
  2. Prize includes hamper of art supplies worth £50 and workshop for winner and up to 4 guests. Prize must be collected by 30 September 2025, after which date the prize is no longer valid. Workshop must take place after 3pm, Monday – Thursday before 30 September. Prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
  3. There is no alternative prize to that stated above, and in particular, there is no cash alternative and no element of the prize is transferable.
  4. Waverley Market retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of a similar value at its discretion.

Selection of the winner and collecting prizes

  1. There will only be one winner and one prize.
  2. The Waverley Market x Søstrene Grene free prize draw will close at 12:00pm on 18 July 2025.
  3. The winner will be chosen at random by computer systems and notified by DM (using the details provided on the competition entry) by 21 July 2025.
  4. In the event that Waverley Market (having used its reasonable endeavours to do so) is unable to contact a winner by 21 July 2025, then Waverley Market reserves the right to draw another winner.
  5. The winner shall be required to collect the prize in person from Waverley Market  and he or she will be required to present valid photo ID to Waverley Market to verify his or her identity. Prize must be collected by 30 September 2025. Waverley Market shall provide more specific information about the pick up location when it sends notification of the win.
  6. The name, username, likeness and county of the winner may be published on Facebook, Instagram and digital and print marketing materials for Waverley Market.
  7. Waverley Market’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  8. Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence or in respect of fraud and so far as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the prize details beyond their control and for any act or default of any third-party supplier.
  9. The Promoter will not be liable for any prize(s) that do not reach the winners for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
  10. The Promoter may refuse or disqualify any entry (including winning entries) if the entrant concerned or anyone authorised by the entrant to deal with their entry, acts in a way towards the Promoter, its staff, associated companies and their staff or other entrants, which the Promoter reasonably considers to be inappropriate, unlawful or offensive. If the winning entry is disqualified, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.
  11. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and have agreed to be bound by them when entering this promotion.
