Barista
We’re looking for Junior Baristas to join our Edinburgh team based between our Cafe on Princes Street and our Pop Up Cafe on the Royal Mile.
If you are looking to gain experience in Specialty Coffee and have a desire to deliver exceptional coffees, along with a high level of customer service then this could be the role for you. With time, we can offer you in-depth knowledge of Specialty Coffee and the barista skills to carry you forward in a new career.
This role also involves food preparation in accordance with our menu & recipes. Customer service is a vital part of what we do, so you’ll need to be able to show that you are friendly, confident and approachable with a can do attitude.
Basic Barista experience is desirable but full on the job training will be given.
Food Hygiene Certificate desirable but not essential.
Pay: From £9.00 per hour

Cafe all rounders
We’re looking for all rounders to join our Edinburgh team based between our Cafe on Princes Street and our Pop Up Cafe on the Royal Mile.
You will need experience in working in a hospitality environment, preferably in a cafe or bar environment and have a proven track record of going above and beyond for customers. Customer Service is a vital part of what we do, so you’ll need to be friendly, confident and approachable with a can do attitude. This role involves food preparation and alcohol sales in accordance with our menu & recipes.
Food Hygiene Certificate & Alcohol Training desirable but not essential.
Opportunity to be trained as a specialty coffee barista for the right candidates.

Position available: Retail & Service Supervisor
1 x Full time 40 hrs per week and 1 x Part time 24hrs per week
Salary: £20,000 per annum (pro rata for part time position)
Location: Waverley Market
An opportunity has arisen for a supervisor with a genuine enthusiasm for customer service to provide advice and assistance to customers. Working at our unit in Waverley Market, you will be responsible for a variety of duties to create an attractive and welcoming environment for our customers, whilst going above and beyond to help.
